All catalog items under the category of licensed health care practitioners will not be shipped unless we are provided with proof of a health care license. (In the case of a medical student, the name of the school which is currently being attended).
We will make every effort to work with you if there are any questions about your license. We reserve the right to refund payment and refuse purchase and shipment if there is insufficient proof of a health care license.
Initial account set up includes license verification. We verify credentials before shipping all orders.
We will gladly exchange any defective product at no additional cost within 30 days of purchase date.

No Refund/Transfer Policy for UNS Special Event Registrations:
Once paid, registration fees for Special Events (such as but not limited to The Symposium and Owners Retreat) are nonrefundable and non-transferable for other UNS services or products. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance of the ticketed event, a registration is transferable to another Special Event so long as registrant provides a minimum of thirty (30) days written or electronic (email) notice prior to the event of the desire to transfer the registration.
No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations
Once paid, registration fees for workshop & seminars are nonrefundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance at a workshop or seminar, a transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with UNS in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. A registration is transferable to another individual so as long as we receive written authorization from the original buyer requesting the transfer; such transfer will be done by a certificate in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. Sale of seminar, workshop or credit is not permitted, nor can the fees paid be used to purchase products.
Sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is not permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a seminar or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a seminar or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed seminar or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled seminar on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event UNS elects not to reschedule the canceled seminar or event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees already paid. UNS is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds or credits changes.
Seminar dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. UNS reserves the right to change any instructors for each seminar or event without notice.
By registering for a seminar, you acknowledge that UNS does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge to fully implement the materials presented. Regardless of whether you fully understand and apply the materials, the registration fee becomes nonrefundable.
Travel and Related Expenses All expenses related to attending any UNS workshops or seminars of any kind are the responsibility of the attendee. This includes, but is not limited to airfare, food and lodging.
