My passion for wanting to help people started in Kindergarten when I was asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I told the principle I wanted to be a nurse. Life went on and I went on to work in several offices as an administrative assistant after high school. I still very much wanted to help people, but life happened and being a nurse didn’t seem to fit just right anymore. Then when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis in April 2015, my life changed. I hadn’t felt well for over a year, but I took that up to being a mom of 2 young children and age. I started with my Nutrition Response Testing program several months later and it felt like Lydia had given me my life back after a few short months. Then one day that ‘wanting to help people’ light bulb flashed back on and I knew this would be the modality that my life had lead me to. So now I have a Masters in Science for Applied Clinical Nutrition as well as Master Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner.

Now, I am loving life, energetic, mother of 2 earthly angels, and a wife. I have no more aches and pains and couldn’t be happier. If I’m not in the clinic, life consists of keeping up with superheroes and princess mixed together with dirt and glitter.

Erika Schultz is a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Nutrition Response Testing® Advanced Clinical Training Master. She earned her Masters in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in 2013. She also has an advanced certification in advanced clinical nutrition through Texas Chiropractic College.

Serge Gregoire, PhD, CCH

Dr. Serge Gregoire is a Functional Medicine doctor, Herbalist and holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Medicine from McGill University in Quebec, Canada.

He authored a book published by the Canadian publisher Berger Publishing in June 2017, which is distributed all over Canada and French Europe (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland). In this first book, entitled Les gras, le cholestérol et vous (Fats, cholesterol and you), Serge makes a thorough analysis of no less than 1600 studies on fats and their relationship with heart disease, weight, and other modern diseases. Serge crafts scientifically based recommendations on how saturated and unsaturated fats should be eaten to maintain a good health.

Dr. Gregoire held a position at MGH/Harvard Medical School in Boston performing research on lipid metabolism as it relates to heart disease. He moved to Boston in 2007 from Canada.

Dr. Gregoire holds an advanced certification in Nutrition Response Testing from Ulan Nutritional Systems in Florida and he is a certified herbalist through the Australian College of Phytotherapy.

I was a Registered Nurse at Mass General and Brigham and Women’s Hospital before becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1996. I then went on to study nutrition and have been specializing in Nutrition Response Testing since 2007. After more than a year of intense training, I graduated with a Certificate in Advanced Nutrition Response Testing.
