What is Nutrition Response Testing®?
Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these causes are corrected through safe, natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself in order to attain and maintain more optimum health.
The purpose of the One Day Nutrition Response Testing Seminar is to demonstrate the technique and to give some introductory hands on experience.
Learn:
- How to do a rudimentary body scan
- How to test basic stressors to the body
- Some of the supplements to use to help the body heal and repair
As an added bonus, all attendees receive a complimentary nutrition check and customized program (supplements not included) so they can start experiencing the results themselves.

Gerald Roliz, CNC, MBA, MSACN
Gerald Roliz is a Functional Nutrition Consultant and national Continuing Education lecturer. He holds undergraduate degrees from U.C. Berkeley in Psychology and Molecular & Cell Biology. He has a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from the Northeast College of Health Sciences. He worked in the pharmaceutical industry as an industry sales person for 5 years where he educated medical doctors on the Drug to Drug interactions, adverse side effects, and withdrawal syndrome caused by many of the commonly prescribed pharmaceutical medications. He is a regular guest lecturer at the top Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities and Chiropractic Colleges in Northern California.
Gerald has trained extensively in Functional Nutrition, Functional Endocrinology, Functional Blood Chemistry, Functional Herbology and Pharmacology. He is an advanced trained Nutrition Response Testing clinician and is the author of The Pharmaceutical Myth: Letting Food be Your Medicine is the Answer for Perfect Health. Gerald is passionate about food, both nutritious and delicious. Gerald is extremely honored when he can support the growth of colleagues and natural health practitioners alike to effectively provide Functional Nutrition Solutions for positive healing results.

Class will start at 9:00 and depending upon the number of attendees may end as early as 1:00 or run as late as 5:00.

6.5 CEUs Through NCCAOMOn completing the Nutrition Response Testing One-Day Seminar, NCCAOM licensed Acupuncturists and Doctors of Oriental Medicine receive 6.5 CEUs through NCCAOM.
Course documentation is available upon request for other healthcare professionals who wish to apply to their state board for continuing education credits. Submission of documentation by others does not guarantee approval for CEUs as requirements vary from state to state.
