Welcome to our Epoch Practice Analysis!

Below you’ll be prompted to answer 100 questions covering the various areas of your practice: new patients, solvency, human resources, marketing and sales, delivery, quality control, your stress level, and more. Answer the questions based on the main product or service that you deliver. “Customers” includes clients, patients and so on, as appropriate.

Your answers will result in a graph similar to the illustration. One of our highly trained consultants will analyze your graph and schedule an appointment with you to go over the results of your test. The confidentiality of your information will be respected.

Each question may be answered one of three ways by selecting the appropriate button:

[ Y ] means I agree, Yes or Mostly Yes

[ M ] means Uncertain, Maybe, or Inapplicable

[ N ] means I disagree, No or Mostly No
