Sales Consultant

What does a UNS Sales Consultant look like? You are goal oriented and persuasive—you could sell a two-wheeled bicycle to a unicyclist. You are a super communicator and can successfully build rapport, relating to all kinds of people all over the world!

The Work:

  • Contacting customers in our database and enlightening them on the importance of nutrition in fully handling their patients
  • Enlightening healthcare practitioners in our unique Nutritional System that can handle Stage 4 conditions, as well as our success in handling autism
  • Getting health care practitioners arrived to events we have scheduled all over the US
  • Getting practitioners arrived to our local Workshops and Seminars
  • Promoting our free services such as Webinars and Study Groups, done in their local area

Daily Execution Excellence:

  • Directly interact and nurture long-term prospects to re-position the value on Ulan Nutritional Systems Solutions and Services using Ulan Nutritional Systems Selling Methodology (buy/sell alignment, business case development, case studies and a passion for helping health care practitioners)
  • Qualify and re-engage long term nurture prospects as potential clients and partners of Ulan Nutritional Systems solutions.
  • Update on a timely basis Ulan Nutritional Systems database system with accurate customer and pipeline information
  • Maintain Database Records
  • Support participation in Ulan Nutritional Systems events and promotions, such as Symposiums, local and online events
  • Contribute to a team selling environment

Expertise:

  • An excellent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience in closing sales cycles in a consultation manner, including prospecting and cold calling skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, build networks and gain trust of others through honesty and authenticity
  • Relates comfortably with diverse groups of people and can adapt approach in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
  • Action oriented and consistent in driving result, even under tough circumstances
  • Actively seeks opportunities for self-development
  • Experience selling to health care practitioners and practitioner technologies/methodologies preferred

Director of Client Services

What does a Director of Client Services look like? You are friendly, like to communicate and enjoy people. You are goal oriented, organized and known for always getting things done in a timely manner! You can relate to all kinds of people from all over the country!

  • Willing/able to control clients to get them to schedule over the phone
  • Likes helping people and ensuring they become successful and fulfill their goals

The Work:

  • You will contact and schedule our clients for their Advanced Management training
  • You will schedule our clients with our trained consultants to ensure they are successful in their practices
  • Assisting clients with travel plans and answering any questions they may have
  • Handling any administrative details regarding our Advanced Management delivery

Daily Execution Duties may include:

  • Calling clients and scheduling them for the training they have arranged
  • Sending questionnaires to clients to ensure they are getting the help they need to be successful
  • Answering questions they may have regarding their training
  • Updating our database with the necessary details so that others are informed
  • Ensuring our consultants are fully scheduled weekly
  • Confirming consulting appointments and scheduled training
  • Coordinating with our consultants to ensure our clients are getting great service

Expertise:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to handle all different types of people skillfully and in a friendly manner
  • Database entry
  • Experienced in Word, Excel, Emails and Mail Merges
  • Good organizational skills and ability to be flexible

External Events Coordinator

We have events scheduled all over the country. You will be mainly dealing with our graduates who put these on. You will be scheduling the events with them and ensuring they come off successfully. You will also be booking and arranging PR events for our President to do, as well as handling our clients who refer other practitioners for our services and training. No travel involved; this is all done from our Clearwater office.

The Work:

  • Contacting our graduates and setting dates for them to do an event
  • Ensuring the teacher has all the materials needed for the event
  • Follow up afterward
  • Scheduling PR events for our President
  • Handling the logistics for the above

  • Database entry
  • Good organizational skills and flexibility
  • PR experience a plus
